Sally Mathrick is a pioneer in the detox and wellness field and is sought-after by individuals, brands and companies for her expertise with over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness sector. She has consulted throughout Australia, Bali, New Zealand and Thailand, as a clinician, teacher and facilitator.
Sally is a lifelong learner, passionate about wholistic wellness and developing tools, messages and processes that effectively enable both individual and global wellness. She enjoys collaborations that contribute to regeneration.

A graduate of Melbourne University , Southern Cross University and University of Tasmania with degrees in politics, arts and natural medicine and post graduate in medicines management, she currently lectures at Torrens University, facilitating the clinical application of wholistic health sciences.
Sally has contributed to textbooks including writing monographs for Herbs & Natural Supplements – An evidenced based guide 4th edition by Braun & Cohen, and was on the editorial team for The Foundations of Naturopathic Medicine.
