Hi, I’m Sally, a naturopath, writer, teacher and speaker with over 20 years of experience in empowering women to take control of their health. I’ve synthesised my learnings – personal, professional and academic – into Shape Your Menopause Program, to deliver a comprehensive, in depth, accurate process delivered in a layered way to support you to navigate your unique menopausal transformation with confidence and optimal health in mind.

Yes, this is a good program for women in peri menopause. The rate of bone loss during the years leading up to menopause are often the highest. These years can also associated with more bone demineralisation, fat gain and general challenges. Shape Your Menopause will support you to move through with your transformation with greater capacity.

What if I can’t make the fortnightly live sessions?2025-02-10T12:06:06+00:00

While we try to meet everyone’s schedule, invariably sometimes we can’t. If this case, and you can’t attend the live sessions, with the approval of everyone, we record the session for you to watch later. If you have a pressing question or point to discuss, you put it in the course comments, and Sally will discuss this in the live session that fortnight. There’s also the What’sApp chat group to post a question into for discussion in the live.
