As a passional advocate for wholistic health care aligned with environmental wellbeing, Sally has contributed to media over the past 20years. As an avid writer, she has written for various publications, as well as self-published blogs and books.
Sally has voiced her insights over the airways too. This started with a regular spot on ABC Mid-North Coast Afternoons with Mike Corkill (2003-2005). Other guest radio appearances, including being a ‘Lady Expert’ on RN Lonely Hearts Club. Journalists from newspapers, magazines and industry press have also sought Sally’s opinion regarding natural health news.

Feeling the need to express concerns about the state of the world, Sally has shared wholistic perspectives through independent publishing platforms, including a feature on Medium titled Can we save the world through food?
On Sound Medicine blog she published a 4-part series on wholistic approaches to the global covid pandemic – Let’s Widen the Lens.
On Sparkle Well blog, she published a 10-part series exploring Regenerative Food Trends, as a path forward for us on a living planet.

Sally has authored and self published books, and is currently finishing a book on wholistic shepherding for the menopausal transition.

Treating Kids Naturally: Natural Therapies for home management of minor ailments in infants and children (2016) a 50-page book describing homeopathic and home remedies to support parents nurse kids at home.

DIY Detox Columnist
For 7 years (2009 – 2018) Sally contributed bi-monthly columns to Wellbeing Australia Magazine, exploring how to incorporate cleansing and detoxification practices for better health; both personal and planetary.
In her column she applied a Deep Ecology lens in an attempt to dissolve the delusion of separation between humans and the environment, to better discuss how our personal health is intricately interconnected with the health of Earth.
